Crystal was formed in 2009, just after the banking crisis and UK recession started to hit home. I saw an opportunity to help people rightfully reclaim money that was theirs in a time of need. We quickly built a team with a shared passion for righting wrongs
Over the years we’ve helped hundreds of thousands of clients. Sometimes we achieve life-changing sums of money which have allowed early retirement, a holiday of lifetime or a dream car. But many times, it gives our customers the simple joy of clearing debt and having more money left over at the end of the month.

Every year, the Crystal team picks a number of charities to support. The aim, with the support of the charity committee, is to raise at least £2,000 for each good cause. Our fundraising events typically include dress-down days, raffles, competitions and our infamous tuck shop in which all proceeds are donated.
